Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a sports/ training science-based development of the well known traditional Water Aerobics.

The benefit of Aqua Fitness is a low risk of injuries in the water which results in a high health value. The spin, the joints and the tendons will be prevented and relaxed due to the “absorber effect” of the water. Training of the sense of balance and the capacity of coordination will be achieved as well an enhancement of the blood circulation of the muscles, the connective tissue and of the skin in general. A simultaneous invigoration, stretching and relaxation of the muscles and the physical and mental wellbeing will top off the preventive actions.
