Pilates supports a healthy posture. All muscle groups will be strengthened. Additionally there will be a variety of special breathing exercises.

The aim is to become aware of your own movement and posture patterns to replace bad habits by better patterns. The method was invented by the German Joseph Pilates in 1930 and modernised according to the current aspects of physiotherapy as well as adapted to scientific knowledge.
