Quality Management

The law demands an internal quality management (QM), which sufficiently matches the health sector’s characteristics (SGB V § 135a). For this purpose, we systematically documented our field of work to control and improve our operations.

As one of the first physiotherapy facilities in hospitals, we have been „DIN EN ISO 9001“-certified in November 2008. All processes and activities and their applications have been defined throughout the whole facility. Relevant processes are monitored, quantified and analysed to take necessary measures which lead to constant improvements. Periodic patient interviews deliver information about customer satisfaction.
